Returns

Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging
• Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
